Join us to discover and practice effective and connecting ways to make decisions, resolve disagreements, and build a more collaborative future by using Integration! Bring your real-life challenges and “learn by doing” in a supportive community space.
Integration is especially helpful when an issue is complicated, emotions are high, or people have very different ideas about what should happen. Instead of voting, compromising, forcing, or giving up, Integrative Decisions helps us understand what really matters to everyone involved and find a way forward together.
Integration is not about avoiding conflict or making everyone agree on everything. It’s about using disagreement as an opportunity to understand different needs and find creative solutions.
We’ll practice how to:
- listen for what really matters behind opinions and positions
- find common ground with your most challenging allies and reduce burnout
- bring in diverse voices without getting stuck
- keep momentum without leaving people behind
- make meetings more effective and connecting
Anyone who is interested in contributing to a more collaborative future is welcome. Especially if you are politically organized.
Accessibility
The location is nearly barrier-free, with just one step at the room entrance (a wheelchair ramp may be available). An accessible toilet is available on the 2nd floor, which can be reached by elevator.

English, with the option to practice in German.
